We had a disappointing experience with the food quality, which seemed to drop significantly during our stay. Additionally, the organization for transport around the island was frustrating, leading to long waits. Despite trying to enjoy our vacation, we often felt like we were not a priority compared to other events happening at the resort.

No hot water and broken fridge for days.

I enjoyed my stay in a Sunrise Villa. The lagoon views were mesmerizing, and the beach was raked daily, ensuring clean sandy shores. Transportation was convenient with buggies available for longer walks to the restaurant. Just remember to confirm transfers early to avoid last-minute stress.

More accessible seating around the pool would be nice.

I loved that I was met at the airport on time and there was seamless transport arranged on site. The villa was clean, and fresh water was delivered every day, which made the stay very comfortable. I enjoyed the excellent breakfasts with a variety of options available, and the stunning sea view from the beach was a perfect backdrop for memorable photos.

The only drawback was that the pool area was a bit crowded at times.
